-Keep track of all your clients data using the latest software and get rid of all those business cards that are cluttering up your office.
Typing Up Notes
-Turn those hand written client notes into a professional document that can be stored in either a hard copy format in their file, or on the cloud for easy access.
Creating, editing, and formatting templates and guides including invoices
-Make sure everyone is on the same page. By using templates and guides you create consistency across your business, giving yourself a more professional look.
Diary and Calendar management
-Never miss an appointment again. I will help to schedule your meetings, keep track of appointments and add in any upcoming events.
Researching and making travel bookings
-Using my years of experience in the travel industry, I will help you find the most appropriate deal.
Ad hoc services – for when you need that little bit of extra help, but don’t want to commit to a set amount.
$40 per hour charged in 15 minute increments. Book as much or as little time as you need. Minimum charge is one (1) hour.
I use time tracking software to keep track of my hours.
Prepaid Monthly Retainer Packages – ongoing monthly packages paid for in advance. Perfect if you want to guarantee hours at a better price.

-Pricing subject to change
-Payment for ad hoc services is 7 days. A deposit will be required before any work commences.
-Payment must be made in advance for all prepaid services, and hours are unable to be carried over to the following month. Any unused hours will be forfeited.
-Extras such as postage, specialised stationary, travel expenses, specific software etc will be added to your invoice.
-Detailed terms and conditions will be included as part of your contract.
