Let me introduce myself, my name is Linda and I am a Virtual Assistant in the Brisbane area. My background is mainly in the travel industry – from working reception in a 5* hotel, airline customer service and reservations, and running my own franchise travel agency. I have also been an executive assistant and sales representative. This varied background has given me the skills, knowledge, experience, and understanding of running a business and has resulted in extensive administration skills.
One of my strengths is being able to streamline tasks to make them more efficient as well as writing easy to understand ‘how to’ guides for employees.
I pride myself on my honesty and integrity and hold myself to a high ethical standard in whatever I do. Client confidentially is always assured.
I love learning and am always looking to upgrade or enhance my skills in order to offer a better service.
What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant is an independent contractor who works remotely to help you with all your office administration needs. This in turn frees you up to do what you do best, meeting with clients and selling your services and or products.
My Guarantee and Promise to You:
-I will always respond to your email or phone calls. There is nothing worse than sending an email and not getting an acknowledgement.
-I will keep you informed and up to date.
-I will be honest. If there is something that I can’t help you with, then I will tell you, and help you to find someone who can assist you better.
-I will always follow up and do what I say I will do.
Reasons to Work with a Virtual Assistant
-I’ll free up your time. As a sales representative, I found that probably 50% of my time (if not more) was spent doing ‘back office work’. This took away from time spent ‘making sales’ and therefore making money. Having someone to do all your admin for you will allow you to focus more of your time and energy on growing your business.
-Virtual assistants reduce your costs. As an independent contractor, you don’t have to think about payroll tax, holiday pay, sick pay and the like.
-Unlike an employee that requires a minimum number of hours, you will only pay for the hours that you need – be that one hour or more a month.
-You don’t need to provide extra office space as I work from home. This is especially useful for sole contractors, who also have home based offices and don’t have that extra space for another person.
-I run my own business, so I understand the stresses involved. Offering exceptional service is important to me. My success depends on your success.
